Program discount cut-off dates are in place for the benefit of our customers.  Mailed-in orders will be accepted up to the actual cut-off day.  Phone orders will also be taken throughout the cut-off day.    Completed forms with payments must be received by West Mountain on the cut-off date or participants will be charged the higher rate. 

1st Cut-off Date:  Saturday, October 15th

2nd Cut-off Date:  Tuesday, November 15th
